Southern Home Builders Plans Woodlands Office Condos

Southern Home Builders is constructing a 44-unit office condominium project in The Woodlands.
The builder, which describes itself as the largest in North Louisiana, said it has bought a 7-acre parcel on 8505 Technology Forest Dr. near New Trails Drive for an undisclosed amount.
The project, dubbed Forest Ridge Executive Office Condominiums, will consist of 11 4,900 square-foot buildings, each containing four units.
“These condominiums are ideal for those in the legal, financial, real estate and service fields who need a small office space that is high quality and practical from an economic standpoint,” said Steve Hextell, vice president of sales and development for Southern Home Builders.
The first phase of the project, consisting of 12 units, should be available for move-in in early 2011.
